Thank you for your input Citizen…
I am hardly “PROMOTING” The Sun or The Province.
Laura may be Manjit’s best friend. I am not denying any of that.
There was a time I too was a part of that family. Not the Panghali family but The Basra family.
I am only doing what I feel in my heart I must.
She was My Sister-In-law. I may not be a part of that family now…
but I have shared a connection with Manjit and her whole family…
I am saddened by all of this more than you will know…
You persist on remaining anonymous, so maybe if I knew who you were I might be more willing to hear your side.

Thank you for your email. I rec’d it a while ago but things have been tough. I really appreciate everything that you are doing but have you name come up on the internet with regards to my sister has caused even more problems. I never intended to cause any problems for YOU or your Family.. I apologize whole heartedly for any such problems… I was compelled to write about her only because I was a part of your family for a while (short as it may have been). Again I am sorry for any problems my posting about Bubs has caused but I can’t change the past of having known her and your family. Lets just pray that she rest in peace and her little girl can grow up knowing her mother was a great person.

If anybody wants to post condolences they should post them at http://carmenofficer.blogspot.com/ which is run by Carmen, sister of Laura, Manjit’s best friend
Or at http://www.bcsikhyouth.com/Â , website of the Sikh youth of BCPlease, Paul, take the link down and do not promote Vancouver Sun or Province, who have misquoted and misrepresented Manjit’s friends and family, causing undue stress to them, only for the purpose of sensationalizing to sell more newspapers.
